  • Select Find a Laboratory on your iTero scanner

  • Connect with Evergreen Dental Art Studio using our Company ID: 10851

  •  After connecting to us as a Lab, select Evergreen Dental Art Studio on your scanner when sending files

  • Call 800-577-8767

  • Select Option 1

  • Request that Evergreen Dental Art Studio is added and Identify our lab using our ID10851 

  • After Evergreen Dental Art Studio has been added, restart your scanner

  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select Evergreen Dental Art Studio and sending files
